General terms and conditions of sale and use
Included in the rental price :
* Bed Linen, bath and hand towels, pool towels
* Bath and shower products from the organic Pur Aquitaine range
* Starlink Wi-Fi
* Heated swimming pool (April to October)
* Visitor tax
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your booking, we will do our best to rebook the property, and if successful then you will be reimbursed totally (deposit included).
Payment
A non refundable deposit of 40% of the total cost is required to confirm the reservation. The balance and the damage deposit are due 1 month before your arrival (we will advise you of the payment due date).
If your booking is within 1 month of the arrival date, the total amount is payable when making the reservation.
Refundable Damage Deposit
We require a damage deposit (not debited) of 3000 € for Bel Air and 1500 € for Grange. The damage deposit will be refunded within 72 hours of your departure once we have established that no (notable) damage has been caused at the property.
